I'm having this urge to ride the horse, but the issue of being overweight and out of shape is haunting me. I'm not comfortable being on top of a horse in my present out of shape condition. It would be like an accident waiting to happen. Humpty Dumpty! I'm trying, but am finding the older I get the harder it is to exercise on a regular basis and take off the weight. Hubs says to stop whinning about it and just "Do It". So.....
I'm back at the gym lifting weights and riding the exercise bike. Yoga is one of my favorite exercises and I just found out yesterday my gym is staring an anti-aging yoga class on April 2th. How lucky is that? Walking the dogs every day is not only good for me, but good for them.
I'm back at Weight Watchers. Also, I've joined Joanne's group ..."A Better Me!"
