We both have Scotties and live in the same small town and met through blogging.
Last Thursday, Jean & Maggie came over for tea.
Since I don't own a fancy "Tea Set", I used my very functional Chantal tea pot which I bought at the Celestial Seasonings Tea Shop in Boulder, Colorado last fall.
It makes a great pot tea. It was all mix and match...but worked. Maggie sitting so pretty.
Earlier this year Jean and I took a class on "Discovering the World of Teas."
I think they liked the chicken salad tea sandwiches.
We enjoyed having Miss Jean and Maggie over for tea.

I think Maggie is saying..."Mom that Connor is such big handsome Scottie."
He dosen't need any treats. Give it to me!
lemon blossom & chocolate tea cakes.
Two varieties of tea...
Assam & Ceyton Blend - English Breakfast

Earlier this year Jean and I took a class on "Discovering the World of Teas."
It was so much fun. We learned about teas and tea pots from all over the world.
Buddy can do it too, only he looks like a Merecat.

I think Jean & Maggie are a match made in heaven.
We all had a wonderful time....look I think Maggie is smiling.

I know everyone at Mumzie's house had a great time...
Buddy & Connor slept very good that night!
God Bless my new friends.

What a fun day with your friends. Thanks for sharing the photos. I would love to know more about your tea class. I collect tea pots and tea related items but have not had the opportunity to take a Tea class which sounds like so much fun.

Now that's adorable. They seem to be enjoying it as much as we do. Love it! Stop by and say "hi" soon and enjoy your visit and stay a while there's so much to see.
It was indeed a lovely day, a delicious tea and excellent company. Maggie and I send our thanks and gratitude for making us feel so welcome.
Mumzie - what a great visit. Isn't it wonderful to be able to meet and visit with fellow bloggers? Your menu sounds delish. I have been to Celestial Seasons many times when we lived in Broomfield, CO. I loved going thru their gift shop. Thanks so much for joining in TTT. I hope you join us again soon. Blessings, Barb
I think a good time was had by all. The dogs are all so cute. How nice to have dogs that can go for company(as my Dutch mother in-law would say) that means dogs that can visit with one another. Sandi
I have heard from Jean that she, and Maggie, had a wonderful time at your home and the tea was wonderful!! Connor will be sitting pretty in no time at all! What a handsome lad - no wonder Maggie is all smiles!
