You never know where you'll find beauty...this week I found it at Home Depot!
Earlier this week I unexpectedly found these gorgeous ranunculas at Home Depot. I needed to exchange a 10 Watt BBQ light for a 20 Watt BBQ light which we bought last weekend. That's it and nothing else, I was on a specific mission to do the exchange. I'd just left the gym and it was pouring down rain and was in a hurry. Well, when I saw these beauties which were of course strategically placed just outside the front entrance door, I had to check them. There I was standing in the rain getting soaking wet picking out which colors I liked. Somehow time seemed to stop....and I was totally lost in the moment.
Plus, they were only $1.27 per plant!
I planted this one next to some of my hythcins
and tulip bulbs that are just coming up.
I love rununculas because they have such bright colors and the pedals look and feel like paper.

Beauty is all around....you just have to look for it!

Aren't these flowers gorgeous? I tried to grow them from bulbs once and it didn't work. :-( The colors are gorgeous!! How lucky you are!

The plants are very pretty, it almost doesn't pay to grow them yourself. It is much easier to go to
Home Depot yaaaa. sandi
Those are so pretty they look fake. Now I want to go get some. I think I may hit up the store this weekend. Thanks for the idea.

OH my word...how gorgeous....and HOPEFUL. I LOVE snow but this year we're having some nasty cold with more to come...I won't get to see such beauties until late April...so glad I could peek into your world to be lifted up.
I love the flowers...so pretty! It makes me think of spring.

You're right. Sometimes we have to stop and smell the roses. Or rununculus in this instance!
Those are beautiful! Thanks so much for stopping by! So glad my post brought back memories for you!
