MASON JAR
add Epsom Salts
Add a Voltive Candle
any
Holiday Cheer
around the top edge of jar.
Light!
Magic happens....the salts will turn to snow! Oh, you can
use sand or nuts or rocks; but you won't get snow.
Caution: Do not use a red candle...trust me.
I found this cute craft idea from
Melissa
at
via Epsom Salts Face Book Page!
Thanks Melissa....I'm crazy over Jingle Jars!

what a neat idea. I like it. You know we went to a restaurant and the table was decorated with fresh fruit: one apple with ribbon around the stem, a few cinnamon sticks tied with ribbon and my favorite one was the orange! it had cloves stuck on them. like little needles. I thought wow what a great idea.
A simple and great idea. Have a wonderful Christmas and I look forward to continuing to follow your blog in 2011.
I love this idea! I must try it.
Thanks!

Great idea Yvonne...but you have me curious now...what does happen if you use a red candle???

Quiet simplicity is one of the most wonderful gifts we can receive this time of year. Even though we do not exchange gifts (at our childrens' request years back), the season still seems hectic, even without the malls. I see I need to get some candles and have some quiet time before people descend on our 'old folks home'. Thanks for the reminder.
