Tapado's First Trip to the Lake

 The Hubs....my best friend. 

Last Monday we took the horses out to Woodward Reservoir near Oakdale, California for the first time.  It was our thirteenth wedding anniversary, and what a better way to celebrate than to have fun with our horses!

Tapado had not been in the trailer for awhile, but he jumped in and was ready to go.  When we arrived at the lake he was a little unsure and cautiously checked everything out.  

The Hubs and Fauna had a great time! 

It was a beautiful day and can't wait until next week to do it again!

Beautiful skies that day, so I sat down in the middle of the pasture and looked up, what a view!

Scottish Thistles in Oakdale?

Couldn't resist taking a picture of this thistle which I almost sat on.

Standing still is hard...Tapado just wants to get going.

Crawford, he's from Crawford Texas but Oakdale is home now.
