Kahlua Cake - Foodie Friday May 8, 2009

Welcome to Foodie Friday which is graciously being hosted

This week's theme is cakes,
so I thought I would share one of our favorites...Kahlua Cake.

Kaluha Cake

1 – Package Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
1 – 3 ¾ oz. Package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 – Pint Sour Cream
1 – 12 oz. Package Chocolate Chips
¼ Cup Salad Oil
½ Cup Kaluha
2 – Eggs

Combine all ingredients in bowl and HAND MIX until smooth.

Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake.

Cool 20 minutes and remove from pan.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.

Hey Mumzie, Red Wing is about 50 miles southeast of me - I'm in a suburb of St. Paul. Or I am about 20 minutes away from the Mall of America. Thanks for stopping by - I hope to hear from you again. ~ Robyn
